I love to juice, but I love juicing watermelon the most. One of the reasons I love juicing watermelons is because you get the most bang for your buck, yielding so much juice in so little time. Since the watermelon is large in size, it simplifies the amount of cutting and prepping you have to do when juicing. Watermelon juice in the stores is fairly pricey, but by juicing it yourself you definitely get your money's worth. Watermelon is great for the skin and fresh watermelon juice is delicious. It also is really good for your muscles after you workout. You can make it a little different by muddling some raspberries at the bottom. You can also garnish with and herbs from your herb garden to make it even more special. I used sage in the photo above and I find the aroma it gives complements the taste.
This is great for mocktail, or cocktail use as well.
For juicing, I have been using the Omega Cold Press Masticating Juicer for just over 10 years now and it has been a great purchase. I highly recommend this juicer for its quality and I do not regret purchasing it. I remember how I was able to share these fresh juices with my friends after a workout or just while hanging out, and they recently brought it up. In my time of ownership, I crushed the outer plastic piece and was able to get a replacement very easily, no problem. This is a highly recommended item for family, friends, or possibly even business use.

Watermelon Raspberry Juice Garnished with Sage Leaf

If you have a regular watermelon and a masticating juicer, you can put the seeds through the masticator and it will dispense it in the waste bin as shown in the image above. If you have any other juicer, it may be best to err on the safe side and remove the seeds.
Muddle the raspberries at the bottom of the glass you will be drinking from.
Pour watermelon juice over muddled raspberries.
Add ice, if desired.
Garnish with a sage leaf from the garden.
You could also use any mint variety.
