This Impossible Burger recipe is simple and easy. Anyone can do this, you don't even need a grill, you can pan cook the patties in a pinch. This is a great hack for creating more keto-friendly meatless burgers. You could also wrap this in a lettuce leaf to make it more handheld and traditional, but the triple stack would still be hard to handle.

The Impossible Triple Stack Bunless Burger
Ingredients:
Impossible Burger Meat
Arugula
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Peri-Peri Sauce (Trader Joe's)
Create patties
Preferrably buy the Impossible Burger pre-made patties.
Grill the patties until desired level of doneness.
Slice the tomatoes and the cucumbers thinly.
Create the stack, layering first the patty, then the tomatoes, then the cucumbers, then arugula, and a dash of Peri-Peri sauce.
Keep layering until you top the final layer.
Drizzle a decent amount of Peri-Peri sauce.
*Garnish with microgreens, if you have them.
